First Purchase

First time ordering from your company on behalf of my Grandson who wanted some parts for his scooter, which was a Christmas gift for him. Your friendly staff have and were the most friendly and easy to order from online, as well as in person, at a later date when I needed to return one of the items ordered and repurchase another piece.

The emails I received were clear and confirmed my question of how the refund process worked and ETA of expected credit so I could then place another order.

This week I received a text as well as a telephone confirmation that my refund was confirmed and the amount expected. However as of today I still do not see the credit in my account, which is a disappointment and further delays being able to place further order.

This portion of my experience with Jibs does not leave me with a good feeling of moving forward with another purchase., but I remain hopeful to have this rectified quickly.

A customer who hopes she doesn't need to shop somewhere else in the future.

Thanks for the review. We're glad that you had a great experience apart from the refund processing delays. Your refund was issued yesterday afternoon, and sometimes can take 3+ days to post depending on your card issuer. This is unfortunately out of our control, and varies depending on your bank. If you have not seen it in your account yet today, I would expect it to show early next week. Feel free to reach out if there's any other issues or concerns.
