What are your retail store hours?


Sunday: 11am-4pm
Monday - Friday: 11am-6pm
Saturday: 11am-5pm

Is online ordering safe?

You can order from us with confidence knowing that your personal information is secure with an encrypted SSL Certificate. All payments are processed through your choice of secure payment gateways - either Paypal or Shopify Payments. That means that we are the only ones who can see your personal/shipping information to process orders, and that our reputable payment processing partners are the only ones with access to your credit card info.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once an order is placed, it is picked and packed within 24 hours (1 business day). Below are the estimated arrival times once your item has left our Ontario warehouse: 

  • Newfoundland: 4-6 days
  • Prince Edward Island: 4-6 days
  • Nova Scotia: 4-6 days
  • New Brunswick: 4-6 days
  • Quebec: 2-3 days
  • Ontario: 1-2 days
  • Manitoba: 3-4 days
  • Saskatchewan: 3-4 days
  • Alberta: 3-4 days
  • British Columbia: 3-4 days
  • Yukon: 6-14 days
  • Northwest Territories: 6-14 days
  • Nunavut: 6-14 days

*Delivery to PO boxes usually adds an additional 2-3 business days to the expected shipping time. Rural regions may expect an additional 2-3 business days depending on how remote your location is.

How can I pay for my order?

For online orders, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover. We’re able to process both regular, and prepaid credit cards.

Why was my transaction declined?

If your order is immediately declined, that indicates either insufficient funds, or that your financial institution has flagged your card as lost or stolen. If your billing information is incorrect, we will contact you, and you may attempt your order again with the appropriate information.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

Yes, we can deliver to any PO box in Canada. Please note that PO box deliveries may take up to an additional 3 business days to arrive.

Can I track my order?

Yes you can. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number.

Does Jibs offer warranty?

Due to the unpredictable, and aggressive nature of action sports, Jibs does not offer any warranty support. Our full warranty policy may be found here.

Can I have some stickers?

Absolutely! Every order is shipped with free stickers, or you may send a SASE (Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope) to:

What about gift certificates?

Jibs offers gift cards both in-store and online! Gift cards purchased in-store may be used online, and vice versa. Physical gift cards are available in-store only. Gift cards purchased online will be delivered via email.
