My boys are happy with the scooters although the one has a constant rattle coming from the back wheel that we can’t seem to fix even with tightening. Took it to a local shop who also was unable to fix. That’s a bit disappointing.

Thanks for the review. Sorry to hear about that stubborn rattle. Unfortunately such issues are nearly impossible to diagnose via email or phone call, but if you're ever near our Burlington store we would happily take a look for you. Usually diagnosing weird sounds is done by process of elimination. We may suggest swapping the wheels between your two scooters. If the other one rattles, then it would be narrowed down to a wheel or bearing issue. If not, it's more likely to be an issue with deck plugs, brake, or compression. Whatever the issue is, it could be repaired. Feel free to reach out if you need additional support.
