The AIRBar is made from heat-treated 6061-T6 aluminum for a fantastic balance between strength and weight. It is unslitted for use with SCS (oversize), or you can add a slit if you want to run IHC.

lucky aluminum bar review

these bars look very similar to the envy reaper bar but are a bit more simple in design I've been riding these bars for about 9 months and I have not snapped or bent them. the gussets are soft on the hand compared to others on the market.they are very very lite and are a good upgrade from steel if your planning on riding park but these bars can survive the streets as I have rode these down stairs and rails. these bars come very tall and very wide so you'll probably want to cut them they also do not come with a slit so if your not running scs you will need a slit. and the bars inner diameter makes it hard to fit bar ends in it.

The difficulty you described with installing bar ends is very common with any aluminum bar, due to the thicker material.
