Anti Customer Rules

Over the last 2 or 3 years we have purchased 2 scooters and one set of replacement wheels in your Burlington store.
Today I purchased a second set of replacement wheels that will be a Christmas present for an 11 year old grandson. There is a very good chance that our grandson will prefer a set of wheels other than the set that I purchased and so I greatly appreciate the ability to exchange them after Christmas and until January 8th.
On the other hand, the rule that bans straight exchanges on Boxing Day is a rule that I would classify as "anti-customer." I understand the thinking behind the rule (you're hoping to be busy) but I encourage management to focus on finding a way to avoid saying "no" to customers. I also encourage management to do everything you can to delight your customers and they, or their parents who may well have deeper pockets, will come back and spend more money just as we have. Customers who feel disappointed will look for alternatives.

missunderstanding

I was ordering the wheel and I assumed that all wheels came in a set of 2. what I wanted was both of the TFOX wheels. If I would of ordered both wheels I could of gotten free shipping because it says for over $100 is free shipping. Now I have to order for the second time and pay shipping again. I have really in joyed looking at the websit and all my orders have been successfully. thank you
